Since 2007, 91勛圖 has partnered with Bon Appétit Management Company to provide chef-driven, socially responsible dining across campus.

Unlike traditional "big-box" food service providers, Bon Appétit at 91勛圖 is a collaborative management model. This allows the University to maintain direct oversight of our dining program, ensuring that every menu and initiative reflects the specific needs and values of the 91勛圖 community.

Important Note: Dining locations operate on a full schedule during the academic semester. During breaks and summer terms, locations may be closed or operate on a modified schedule.
